Property Management
We have a number of years experience in the market and work closely with a reliable team with management being our forte with a number of portfolios we look after, on top of this with a dedicated team from purchasing, letting and managing your property as well as at our finger tips tried and tested reliable trades to execute your requirements and meet your needs.
We are used to resolving a wide range of problems from the basics to the extremes, we have seen it all and have the knowledge and expertise to solve your problems quickly and effectively.

Emergency/First response – 24 hours a day

All work required to make your property compatible with latest compliance from legislation – EIRC certificates, Gas certificates and more

Cleaning – if required

Refurbishment – a full change or just a leaky tap replacement

Inspections – if required by the landland on a quarterly basis.

We feel that it’s an important aspect of management to ensure budget control on all work and forward planning to make sure that when recurring maintenance is undertaken, such as redecorating, funds are available to carry out the work with recourse to further financial demands on owners. All work is subject to tender for the owner to decide.
We charge a flat rate free for this service, but happy to bespoke the serice for each individual. All call outs and charges incurred for your property will be agreed prior to work, except in an emergency if a speedy response is required, within reason, with the additional work being charge to the quarter hour.
